Since its inauguration in 1892, this establishment, first known as Hôtel Gloanec and then Le Glouannec, has reinvented itself over the decades. In 1930, it took on the emblematic name of Les Ajoncs d’Or. Today, this legendary place has been renamed La Pension du Moulin, in homage to the illustrious Rosmadec Le Moulin. This historic address has welcomed prestigious artists and visionaries such as Émile Bernard, Paul Sérusier and even Paul Gauguin.
